What is an SR22?
An SR 22 filing requirement
is due to a traffic infraction. DWI's DUI's and Tickets for Driving Without
Financial Responsibility or “no Insurance ", occasionally there may be
other reasons a filing is required or otherwise desired. Failure to comply with the SR22 filing
requirement usually will result in suspension of driving privileges. The

SR22 Same Day Service Ever state will have different options for same day
service. In most cases have your SR22 form
ready the same day when you purchase insurance coverage? You have
the following options for the filing of your form.

You can file it yourself at your local
Drivers License office
2.
Occasionally you may wish to have your
attorney handle the matter for you,
in which case your agent will provide the
SR 22 form to you for your attorney's use.
License Suspended
If you've already had your License
suspended and an SR22 is required. You will need to file the form with
the appropriate fines or fees before your license suspension will be
lifted.
